- one sound a week - today: “rescue”
so i have put together another soundscape for the -one sound a week- project … this week i used abletons operator-synth and effects.
actually i started out completely different but got carried away by the rhythmic sound-pad that is faded in towards the end … such things happen i suppose when you take a shot in the dark ;)
maybe i should set a goal before i start … hm, note taken …
done for this week!
i probably start to work on next weeks soundscape right away as there will be little time the next days. so hopefully there will be sound earlier next week … or a little later
- one sound a week - today: “usingTheHoist”
… don’t be too hasty cranking up the volume …
i suggest you use your headphones for this one … sounds better. probably you’ll actually hear the hoist or at least something that could be mistaken for the sounds of a hoist because no sounds of such a technical installation were used.
if you don’t hear it, what do you hear?
i used a fieldrecording taken in the supermarket and loads of editing and effects …and ableton live 8 …
so that’s that for this week.
i’m looking forward to next weeks sound. probably i’ll do something more melodic … or should i use the synth? …

-one sound a week- this week: “mechanicalRhythm”
hey folks,
the first entry in my sketchbook is a audio-file of course …
it’s part one of a (hopefully) weekly series of soundscapes of one minute in length and experimental in experession … yeah, you got to challenge yourself from time to time!
lets see how it goes
